The history of the National Congresses of Realtors - Conacis, comes down to all achievements made and kept to this day by the category.
Held in 1957, in Rio de Janeiro, the 1st Conaci emerged when a group of 6 unions of real estate brokers, existing in the country at the time, felt the need to regulate the profession.
On the occasion of the 2nd Conaci, held in São Paulo, the class celebrated the first professional regulation. After this moment, all the achievements of the category began discussions, proposals and theses in Conacis, such as:
- The approval of the curriculum of the Technical Course in Real Estate Transactions, a fact that served as the basis for the 2nd Regulation, celebrated at the 9th Conaci, in São Paulo, in 1978.
- The change in the union framework of the professional category.
- The creation of the National Federation of Realtors of Real Estate-Fenaci.
- The need to regulate the real estate evaluation by the Federal Council of Realtors.
At the end of each congress and a letter elaborated, which reflects all the events that occurred and proposals to the authorities and society. Among them: the need for more attention to the housing issue as in 2002, the creation of a ministry that took care of housing and basic sanitation. In 2004 and 2006, the reduction of interest rates and stretching of housing financing, a way to warm the construction industry sector.
Today, at the age of 59, the National Congress of Real Estate Brokers and the largest event in the category and became an event focused especially on professional qualification, through its technical workshops, courses and conferences, being considered the largest debate forum in the category.
